My brother, Ben, sometimes has trouble sleeping. He recently started drinking this before bed every night and we have seen a tremendous improvement in his sleep! This recipe is super delicious and super easy to make! You could probably make it in your sleep! (Pun most definitely intended)
The Recipe

You will need a mug; milk; cinnamon; vanilla; honey (optional); and a handheld frother. I use the Zulay brand.

Pour the milk to fill around 3/4 of your mug. Add around 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla. You don’t need to be precise. Add a sprinkle of Cinnamon. Ben likes to not have too much cinnamon in his milk, but I prefer to have more. Drizzle in a little bit of honey, if you like. Microwave for around 1 minute

Using your handheld frother, froth the milk until it is nice and foamy.

Sprinkle more cinnamon on top. Enjoy!
